Cancellation policy

At Kisan4u, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there might be circumstances where cancellations are required. Below are the terms of our cancellation policy:

 

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

1.1. Before Dispatch:

  • Customers can cancel their order before it is dispatched by visiting their order history or contacting our customer support.
  • In such cases, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method or as store credit.

1.2. After Dispatch:

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, customers can initiate a return as per our Return Policy after receiving the product.

2. Order Cancellation by Kisan4u

Kisan4u reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • If the product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • If there is an issue with the delivery address provided by the customer.
  • If there is any discrepancy in the payment or a suspected fraudulent transaction. In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit based on customer preference.

4. Exceptions

  • Customized or perishable products (e.g., fresh produce) cannot be canceled once processed.
  • Bulk or wholesale orders may have separate terms for cancellation, which will be communicated during order confirmation.
